Safety and comfort

We can ensure your safety and comfort, answer your questions and give you individual attention for an unforgettable experience.

Safety

Small group sizes

Normally we split into groups of 4 to 6. Each group has a guide that is responsible for their own group. If you have a larger group, we maintain a ratio of 6 or less clients per guide.

If you are considering another company, ask them for the information you want, for example, “How large are your group tours?”

Self-rescue lessons

For safety and liability reasons, renters need to know self-rescue. We happily provide dockside lessons for a minimal $10 cost, or suggest joining one of our guided tours that automatically includes the lesson.

About our quality rental kayaks

We have many single and double kayaks for rent. All rental and tour prices include life jackets (for adults and children), skirts, pumps, paddle floats, paddles. Dry bags are available for $1.50 per day.

The safety and comfort of our customers is our priority.

We feature some of the best Canadian-made kayaks. Our choice boats feature Necky, Nimbus, and Current Designs. A sample of the kinds of boats in our fleet are Necky designs: Tesla, Tofino, Narpa, and Looksha IV.

From Nimbus designs we have Lootas, Seafarer, Njak, Solander.
